The Immune Reset Workshop
A 3-part workshop on safely balancing the immune system through restorative practices and healthy habits
Many people are asking the question, “what can I take to boost my immune system?” and many of the protocols being marketed are not safe for everyone. Brandee and Natalie are excited to share strategies and practices that support a healthy immune system that is safe for everyone, including those with auto-immune conditions. The gut-brain axis is the main driver of immune health and so by supporting the healthy communication between the nervous system, the digestive system and the immune system, the body can be prepared to defend itself.
