We were continue to practice together, sharing our passion of yoga, and embracing the embodiment of calm!

  • Thursday 7-7:50 am
  • Sunday  10:00-11:30am -(Nourish your Soul program)

Brandee teaches with an open heart and soul. She incorporates yoga philosophy, everyday living while embracing the elements of physical and spiritual practice of yoga. She shares her deep wisdom and practical tools on how to bring greater balance, relaxation and JOY into living. The classes at her Home Studio are intimate, inspiring, interactive, and full of insights into achieving your goals.
