25 Nov Trauma Sensitive Yoga for Women
Join me for this special gentle yoga class, in honour of the 12 days of action violence against women.
Trauma-informed yoga is based on a particular understanding of trauma, one that emphasizes its impact on the entire mind-body system.
We will use the yoga practice as a gateway to find ease and return home to the medicine of the body. Through gentle movement, breathing and discharging of stress.
No previous experience is necessary.

All proceeds for this event will go to a Women’s shelter in Montreal.
