As a yoga therapist I have noticed a reoccurring theme of disconnection to our bodies. Stress, anxiety, depression are all increasing due to the global pandemic.
Our physical health has a direct impact on our mental health.
Many people do not understand the connection between mind and body; movement and mental health. There is a disconnect and a disembodiment that is happening on a global scale.

The safest PLACE ON EARTH is our body, despite all the fears and traumas.
The fear remains trapped in overthinking without action to discharge the stress through the body.
Through listening to the bodies’ wisdom, we can restore, balance, and heal the fear that we are carrying and begin to impact ourselves and the collective anxiety.

Awakening Body Consciousness to rebuild the vital connection to the body.
In this event, Brandee will guide you through an exploration of awakening consciousness. Starting with taking an honest inventory of where we are today and where we would like to be in relationship with ourselves. The exploration will be through gentle movement, meditation, journaling and shared reflection.
All levels of experience are welcome.
